Leaf Curd is the the future. The curd is about 65% protein extracted from plant leaves but includes other extracts such as vitamins, minerals and fibre etc. So Far I've produced and experimented with Wild Garlic, Alexanders and Nettles. The results are amazing. Watch this space for more information. In the meantime read this
